| Set in the heart of the Wyre Forest, Tudor Barn offers guests Bed and Breakfast accommodation in a Grade II listed building that dates from the 16th century. Originally a working farm barn it has been sympathetically and lovingly restored by its owners, Trish and Harry Page. |

Beryl the Dexter

The surrounding pastureland is now used for breeding our pedigree flock of Ryeland sheep, bred from show champion stock. Also resident are Bramble and Beryl the Dexter cows. |
Guests are offered the following peaceful and traditionally hospitable accommodation in the barn and stable. Due to the nature of the building there are some steps to be negotiated. An Access Statement is available on request.
All rooms are non smoking, and have tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, clock radio, trouser press and TV with Freeview. The views from these rooms are over our own garden, paddocks and to the forest beyond. Awarded 4 Stars, plus Gold Award by ETB, 5 stars 'Excellent' by Environmental Health for food hygiene.
Private parking. Storage for bicycles
or fishing tackle is available. Helicopters may be landed by
arrangement. As sheep & cattle are kept on this
smallholding we regret that we cannot accommodate pets or children under
the age of 12 years. Payment is by
cheque or cash. |
| The New Inn, a country pub with a restaurant, is within a few minutes walk, and offers a good selection of food, beers, wines, and often live music. The Georgian town of Bewdley is only ten minutes by car, and has many pubs and restaurants providing menus from Russian to Indian. The Severn Valley Railway's Arley Station is within one mile, and we are a welcome resting place for walkers on the Worcestershire Way and cyclists on Sustrans Route 45. Also nearby is West Midlands Safari Park, the canal town of Stourport, and the shopping centres of Merry Hill, Birmingham and Worcester, all within easy reach by car or train. |
| Nearby the Wyre Forest provides unrivalled woodland walks and wildlife, also the River Severn and local pools offer excellent fishing. Arley Station is an ideal starting point for the steam enthusiast's day out. Other local information will be found in your room, or you only have to ask Trish or Harry! |
